This role involves ensuring outstanding guest service, maintaining high standards, analyzing financial reports, managing staff, overseeing food quality, marketing, controlling costs, and ensuring safety and cleanliness. The job requires flexibility in shifts due to 24/7 operations.

• Ensure guest satisfaction through exceptional service and environment.
• Maintain favorable relationships with staff and promote a positive work environment.
• Work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Attend relevant meetings and analyze operational reports.
• Handle planning, events, and promotions.
• Monitor food and beverage quality and guest feedback.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Thorough knowledge of restaurant operations, liquor regulations, food safety certification, ability to work under stress, excellent communication, previous management experience of 2-3 years in similar settings, and operational knowledge of food and beverage equipment.
