Nbutexas is seeking a General Manager for a beautiful upscale casual restaurant in New Hampshire. The ideal leader will guide operations with integrity, support for staff, and a hands-on yet hands-off ownership approach to maintain exceptional guest experiences.
Qualifications include 5+ years in GM leadership within full-service/casual dining, beverage program knowledge, strong P&L expertise, and a mentoring mindset.

- 5+ years of experience in restaurant General Manager leadership.
- Current experience managing full-service and casual dining concepts.
- Knowledge of liquor, beer and wine programs.
- Full knowledge of P&L, budgets, forecasts and cost control.
- Experience with training and mentoring.
- Professional demeanor with excellent leadership capabilities.
- Servant and hands-on leadership style.
Responsibilities
