Job summary

SkyBridge Luxury & Associates, Pennsylvania, is seeking an accomplished Restaurant General Manager to lead a refined Italian dining concept at a premier luxury resort. The role requires a high-touch evening operation and a partnership with culinary and beverage leadership to deliver Forbes Five-Star hospitality.

The ideal candidate will bring luxury restaurant management experience, strong financial discipline, team development, and a polished presence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or 4–5 years of equivalent fine-dining management experience.
  • Proven leadership within a luxury, upscale, or chef-driven restaurant.
  • Forbes Four-Star or Five-Star restaurant experience strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional guest-relations and service-recovery skills.
  • A polished presence and the ability to build trust across front- and back-of-house teams.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant financials, budgeting, payroll, labor management, and cost controls.
  • Demonstrated success developing, engaging, and retaining service professionals.
  • Strong wine knowledge.
  • Experience with Italian cuisine and wine highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • The ability to remain composed, decisive, and solutions-oriented in a high-expectation environment.
  • Strong computer and systems proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Direct a seamless, highly personalized dinner service aligned with Forbes Five-Star standards.
  • Maintain a visible and engaging presence on the dining floor.
  • Recruit, develop, coach, and retain a polished front-of-house team.
  • Partner closely with the Executive Chef to align culinary and service execution.
  • Collaborate with the sommelier to enhance wine programming, pairings, and the overall dining experience.
  • Contribute thoughtful operational insight to menu development and concept evolution.
  • Build a culture grounded in accountability, recognition, professionalism, and teamwork.
  • Oversee revenues, expenses, payroll, labor, and operating costs.
  • Review financial reporting and make informed adjustments to strengthen performance.
  • Establish operating procedures supporting consistency, safety, and service excellence.
  • Develop staffing strategies that balance service demands, team coverage, and labor efficiency.
  • Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with composure, urgency, and genuine care.
  • Continuously evaluate the guest journey and identify opportunities to elevate the experience.

Base Salary: $130,000–$150,000, Based On Experience

SkyBridge Luxury & Associates is conducting a confidential search for an accomplished Restaurant General Manager to lead a refined Italian dining concept within one of Pennsylvania’s premier luxury resorts.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a polished fine-dining leader to take ownership of a high-touch evening operation within an expansive, nationally recognized resort destination. The Restaurant General Manager will shape the complete guest experience, develop the front-of-house team, and partner closely with culinary and beverage leadership to deliver the precision, warmth, and personalization associated with Forbes Five-Star hospitality.

The ideal candidate understands that exceptional restaurant leadership extends beyond flawless service. It requires a visible presence, strong financial discipline, genuine team development, and the ability to create an experience guests remember and want to revisit.

The Opportunity

The Restaurant General Manager will oversee the complete front-of-house operation, including service execution, team performance, financial results, and the continued elevation of the concept.

This leader will:

The Ideal Background
