Job summary

Jimmy John’s Atlas Group NE3 1779GM is seeking a Store Manager to lead one Jimmy John’s location, overseeing hiring, training, operations and guest experience, and delivering a high-energy leadership style.

You will manage inventory, scheduling, safety, and drive store performance while collaborating with the District Manager and attending GM meetings to foster a positive team culture and Freaky fast service.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of store management experience (food industry preferred).
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Strong coaching and team-building skills.
• Able to resolve customer and team issues confidently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Leading daily operations with urgency and attention to detail.
• Hiring, training, and developing high-performing team members.
• Delivering exceptional customer service.
• Managing inventory, scheduling, and labor.
• Maintaining food, workplace, and equipment safety standards.
• Driving store performance and financial success.
• Working closely with the District Manager and attending monthly GM meetings.
• Hosting weekly team meetings to build a strong store culture.
• Adhere to Team Member Handbook Policies and Procedures.
• Maintain and foster Company Culture.
• Prep and make sandwiches (pull meat, prepare veggies, bake bread).
• Maintain store cleanliness.
• Maintain Food Safety.
• Maintain Workplace Safety.
• Maintain Store and Equipment Safety.
• Slice and prep.
• Train team members, run shifts.
• Continuously maintain managerial self-development.
