Job summary

Jimmy John’s Atlas Franchise in Blair, Nebraska is seeking a General Manager to lead one of our fast-paced Jimmy John’s locations. You will hire, train, manage daily operations, and drive guest experience while maintaining food safety and store standards.

You’ll coach a diverse team, schedule shifts, control inventory, and partner with the District Manager to hit performance goals. Salary ranges from $45,000 to $55,000 annually plus competitive monthly incentives.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• 1.5+ years of store management experience (food industry preferred).
• Great coaching and team-building skills.
• Ability to resolve customer and team issues with confidence and professionalism.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, outgoing and highly coachable.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Leading daily operations with urgency and attention to detail
• Hiring, training, and developing high-performing team members
• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Managing inventory, scheduling, and labor
• Maintaining food, workplace, and equipment safety standards

• Working closely with the District Manager and attending monthly GM meetings
