Job summary

Jimmy John’s Atlas Group NE1 2712GM is seeking a General Manager to lead one of our Jimmy John’s locations. You’ll oversee hiring, training, operations, and guest experience to drive performance and positivity every day.

As Store Manager, you’ll manage inventory, scheduling, and safety, host weekly team meetings, and partner with the District Manager to deliver exceptional customer service and financial results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• 1.5+ years store management experience (food industry preferred).
• Strong coaching and team-building skills.
• Excellent customer service and professional issue resolution.
• Energetic, outgoing, coachable and results-driven.

Provide FREAKY best-in-class customer service while preparing Jimmy John’s sandwiches.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Leading daily operations with urgency and attention to detail
• Hiring, training, and developing high-performing team members
• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Managing inventory, scheduling, and labor
• Maintaining food, workplace, and equipment safety standards
• Driving store performance and financial success
• Working closely with the District Manager and attending monthly GM meetings
• Hosting weekly team meetings to build a strong store culture
• Adhere to Team Member Handbook Policies and Procedures
• Maintain and foster Company Culture
• Prep and make sandwiches (pull meat, prepare veggies, bake bread)
• Maintain store cleanliness

Qualifications
