Job summary

Atlas Franchise operates Jimmy John’s locations and is seeking a General Manager in Bellevue, NE. You will lead a Jimmy John’s store, hire and train staff, oversee operations, and drive guest satisfaction and performance.

From hiring to financial success, you’ll be the heart of the location, ensuring food safety, team culture, and solid store performance. Competitive monthly incentives are offered as part of the compensation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• 1.5+ years store management experience (food industry preferred).
• Great coach and team builder.
• Able to resolve customer and team issues with confidence and professionalism.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, outgoing and highly coachable.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations with urgency and attention to detail.
• Hire, train, and develop high-performing team members.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, and labor.
• Maintain food, workplace, and equipment safety standards.
• Drive store performance and financial success.
• Work closely with the District Manager and attend monthly GM meetings.
• Host weekly team meetings to build a strong store culture.
• Adhere to Team Member Handbook Policies and Procedures.
• Maintain and foster Company Culture.
• Prep and make sandwiches; slice and prep; maintain store cleanliness and safety.
• Train team members, run shifts and recruit.

Salary Range: $45,000.00 To $55,000.00 Annually

Duties and Responsibilities

• Leading daily operations with urgency and attention to detail

• Maintain store cleanliness

• Assist with recruiting efforts
