Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants is seeking a General Manager to lead our corporate field operations. You will execute the restaurant plan, hitting sales and profit targets while delivering exceptional Guest and Team service to ensure we are the 1st Choice for Guests and Employees.

The GM will oversee daily restaurant operations, staffing, training, and policy adherence, fostering a safe, clean, high-energy, fast-paced environment. Strong communication and MS Office skills are important.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Food Safety Certified preferred.
• Over 2 years restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
• Basic math skills.
• Microsoft Office and general systems experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible schedule and extended hours; high energy for fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to integrity, service, excellence and growth.

Responsibilities

• Meet budgeted sales and profits by managing all aspects of the P&L.
• Analyze data and develop plans to improve sales and profits and guest/service quality.
• Determine staffing needs and hire the right candidates.
• Ensure shifts are properly staffed for consistent operations and guest satisfaction.
• Train Team Members and Managers on operations, policies and guest service; address complaints and policy violations.
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to employees on performance.
• Maintain a safe, clean and enjoyable restaurant environment for employees and guests.
