We are hiring restaurant general managers and assistant managers with stable job histories. The General Manager will plan and direct all restaurant operations, maintain high standards of food, service, health, and safety, and ensure the efficient and profitable performance of the restaurant, including optimal staff and resource utilization.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Set operating goals and objectives
  • Assess staffing requirements and recruit staff as needed
  • Train and coach staff
  • Prepare and implement standard operating procedures
  • Manage staff performance according to established standards
  • Ensure staff adherence to codes of practice
  • Organize and monitor staff schedules
  • Maintain employee records
  • Coordinate restaurant operations during shifts
