Position Overview: General Manager

You will be responsible for "Making Pleasurable Dining Affordable" by ensuring that operational standards are effectively communicated, trained, and maintained. You will oversee restaurant financial performance, guest service, food quality, and provide development opportunities for your team.

Requirements:

1. Strong, stable work history with management experience in high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurants.
2. Education and training typically associated with college coursework in business or hospitality.
3. Successful completion of Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program.
4. Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
