We are seeking experienced Restaurant General Managers (RGM) to lead our team. RGMs oversee restaurant operations, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met, working closely with managers. The role offers performance-based bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Profit: Achieve sales and profit targets each period.
- Systems & Scheduling: Execute accurate projections and schedules, working all shifts.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a safe, clean restaurant environment.
- People Management: Hire, train, and coach staff to ensure excellent service.
- Controls & Compliance: Implement restaurant controls, follow regulations, and ensure safety standards.
Job Duties:
- Ensure outstanding customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Hire, train, and develop restaurant staff.
- Utilize GPS Hospitality systems for operations, projections, and scheduling.
- Implement controls for cash and inventory management.
- Engage with community and develop public relations.
- Meet standards for speed, safety, and cleanliness.
- Maintain a safe, clean environment and proper equipment upkeep.
- Work all shifts, including weekends, at least one full weekend per period.
- Follow all legal, safety, and operational policies.
- Lead team in alignment with GPS values and communicate effectively.
- Implement marketing promotions and participate in training and development programs.
- Train and develop Assistant Managers and Trainees for growth.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3-5 years of management experience in restaurant or retail settings.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure in high-volume environments.
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
- At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US.
- ServSafe certification preferred.
