We are a dynamic and thriving full-service restaurant located in the heart of Las Vegas, known for our exceptional guest experience, elevated hospitality, and extremely high-volume service. We are currently seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead our flagship location and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Position Summary

The General Manager will oversee all facets of restaurant operations, including financial performance, staff leadership, service execution, and guest satisfaction. This role requires a seasoned leader with a proven track record of managing full-service, high-volume establishments while inspiring excellence across all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure seamless service, staff efficiency, and exceptional guest experiences
  • Hire, train, and manage front- and back-of-house teams, cultivating a high-performance, collaborative culture
  • Monitor and manage financials including P&L, labor, food and beverage costs, and inventory
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations as well as internal policies and procedures
  • Implement strategies to improve service, sales, profitability, and staff retention
  • Foster guest loyalty by resolving issues promptly and maintaining a consistently high standard of hospitality
  • Collaborate with ownership and executive leadership on promotional efforts, seasonal updates, and business strategies
  • Drive accountability for achieving operational goals and team development milestones

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of General Manager experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant environment
  • Strong background in team leadership, P&L management, and high-end guest service
  • Demonstrated success in managing restaurant operations with volumes exceeding $5M annually
  • Deep knowledge of both FOH and BOH operations, including scheduling, compliance, and service standards
  • Exceptional interpersonal, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in restaurant software systems (e.g., POS, inventory, scheduling platforms)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
