The starting pay for this position is between $18.50-$24 per hour depending on experience and availability!

A General Manager is a leader who is able to build a team and develop existing top performers by training, developing skills, providing clear, consistent direction, and recognizing contributions. The GM oversees recruiting, training, management, P&L, and overall operations to ensure excellent customer service, high-quality food, people development, food safety, store cleanliness, and profitability. They also communicate with leadership and foster a positive company culture.

Are you Qualified?

• Must be 18 years or older
• High School Diploma required
• Two years restaurant experience with proven leadership
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English
• Current Health Card as per local requirements
• Reliable transportation
• Pass Criminal Background and MVR checks
• Pass SERV Safe Certification
• Expected 50-hour work week with open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
