The starting pay for this position is between $18.50-$24 per hour depending on experience and availability!

A General Manager is a leader who can build and develop a team of top performers through training, clear communication, and recognition. The GM oversees recruiting, training, management, P&L, and overall restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service, quality food, food safety, cleanliness, and profitability. The GM also communicates with leadership and promotes the company's culture and values.

Are you Qualified?

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma required.
• Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts.
• Ability to read, speak, understand, and write in English.
• Current Health Card according to local/state requirements.
• Reliable transportation.
• Pass Criminal Background Check including MVR.
• Pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam.
• Expected 50-hour work week.
• Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
