Job summary

Tim Ho Wan Las Vegas is seeking a Food Service General Manager to oversee all restaurant operations on a full-time basis. You will drive the store to meet FSC, VOC, sales and profit targets while leading and inspiring the team.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years as a Restaurant Manager in Chinese casual dining, strong P&L knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Flexible schedules including holidays are expected, with a focus on maintaining high standards and legal compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years as Restaurant Manager in Chinese Casual Dining with responsibility for FSC, VOC, sales, profitability and people leadership.
• Strong knowledge of P&L and store financials, and quality standards.
• Ability to work varied schedules including holidays; high energy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; self-motivated and adaptable.
• Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Job description

Restaurant General Manager -- a full-time permanent position in our restaurant operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and achievement of the store business goals:

• Food, Service, Cleanliness (FSC) standards target achievement
• Customer voice (VOC) target achievement (Google rating / Qualtric)
• Sales target achievement
• Profit target achievement
• People leadership and management: learning and development, inspiring, motivating, disciplining and keeping the high morale and engagement of store team.
• Store Operations Administration: store’s adherence to the organization’s operating systems and standards and compliance to all government and legal (law) requirements; financial analysis (profit & loss statement analysis); business planning and management presentations and reports.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Completed at least High School education
• At least 3 years solid experience as Restaurant Manager in Chinese Casual Dining restaurants responsible of the (6) key result areas specified above or any equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
• Full knowledge of PNL/Store Financials and Quality Standards Implementation
• High energy level; must be able to work in varying work schedules and workweek/days including holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-oriented, self-driven, fast learner & adaptable
• Computer proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
