Tony C’s Pizza & Beer Garden, part of Tc4 & Co. Hospitality in Texas, seeks a Restaurant General Manager to oversee both front- and back-of-house operations, ensuring top guest service and food quality.

You will drive cost control, retention, and a superior dining experience while leading multiple managers and service teams. The role requires 4+ years in restaurant management, knowledge of Aloha/Toast, strong math, and a customer-focused leadership style.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar in hospitality.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software (Aloha/Toast).
• Strong math and reporting skills.
• Customer service oriented with leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and team management.
• Able to work opening hours, including evenings/holidays/weekends.
• High school diploma; hospitality certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FOH and BOH operations to uphold guest service and food quality.
• Minimize operating costs and boost employee retention.
• Lead restaurant managers and manage back-of-house and front-of-house teams.
• Assume P&L and operating partner/leadership responsibilities.

RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER

As one of our restaurant leaders, you will oversee FOH & BOH operations to ensure guest service & food quality standards are upheld at all times.

To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with restaurant operations and have a good understanding of what makes a great customer service. You should also be available to work within opening hours, including weekends and holidays. Ultimately, you will help minimize operating costs, boost our employee retention and deliver a positive dining experience for our guests.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar experience in the hospitality industry preferred
• Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Aloha/Toast
• Good math and reporting skills
• Customer service attitude
• Communication and team management abilities
• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
• High school diploma; additional certification in hospitality is a plus

Start at $70k to $75k per year, based on experience.

In this GM role, you will manage all of the restaurant managers along with restaurant back of house / kitchen & front of house / service teams AND have P&L and Operating Partner / Leadership responsibilities. As the senior restaurant leader, you will run the full operations manager / Managing Partner capacity.
