Nbutexas is seeking a dynamic Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-volume concept in Gonzales, LA. The ideal candidate will be a proven people leader with a passion for hospitality, a strong floor presence, and the ability to build, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.

This role emphasizes hands-on leadership to uphold standards, implement systems, and drive guest satisfaction, with a focus on financial discipline, labor management, and cost control to fuel growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Full-Service General Manager experience in a high-volume, systems-oriented, upscale-casual or casual environment
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with an ownership mentality
• Strong leadership ability, flexibility, adaptability, and maturity to lead a large team
• Build respectful relationships with every member while holding them accountable - integrity is essential
• Manage high standards while paying attention to every detail
• A sincere passion for hospitality and creating an impeccable guest experience
• Highly skilled at financials, P&L, and managing food, labor, and operating costs
• Ability to manage all cost control centers and build sales through proper training and follow-through
• Proven ability to hire and grow strong teams, maintain high retention rates, and build bench strength
