• Ensure guests enjoy their visit.
• Direct and motivate staff to deliver great guest experiences.
• Develop and monitor restaurant business plans by surveying demand.
• Develop financial analyses to meet objectives.
• Attract patrons through marketing, advertising and community programs.
• Control purchases and manage inventory.
• Maintain operations with policies and SOPs for consistent productivity and quality.
• Maintain patron satisfaction through service quality audits.
• Recruit, select, orient, train, and mentor staff.
• Maintain sanitation standards and a healthy facility.
• Keep up with emerging trends in the restaurant industry.

Responsibilities

• To ensure that guests are fully enjoying their visit to our restaurant.
• Directs and motivates the staff to ensure the guests are well taken care of and having a great experience.
• Establishes restaurant business plans by surveying restaurant demand
• Meets restaurant financial objectives by developing financial analysis
• Attracts patrons by developing and implementing marketing, advertising and public and community program strategies
• Control purchases and inventory
• Maintain operations by creating, understanding, and implementing policies and standard operating procedures for consistent productivity and quality
• Maintains patron satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating and auditing food beverage service offerings
• Accomplishes bar and restaurant human resource objectives, by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training and mentoring
• Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy facility by establishing, following and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends in the restaurant industry
