POSITION SUMMARY:

The perfect Restaurant General Manager at Qdoba is a confident decision-maker with proven experience in guest/customer service, employee management, business and financial management, and people motivation. He or she is an excellent communicator—both in writing and verbally. Your responsibilities will include:

QUALIFICATIONS

Legal Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old to comply with state and federal laws.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: 5+ years in QSR with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: Excellent prioritization, interpersonal, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. Effective communication skills. Highly motivated, organized, and ethical. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to recruit, hire, coach, train, and motivate staff. Valid driver’s license required.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift equipment and cases weighing 10-50 lbs., communicate clearly, and operate a computer or tablet.
