Job Description

Pilot Flying J seeks highly-skilled, experienced Restaurant General Managers to run our high-volume, quick service restaurants. Applicants must be willing to relocate. Our General Managers oversee the financial and operational performance of the restaurant and are responsible for:

• Ensuring excellent hospitality and guest service
• Creating a positive work environment for team members
• Implementing Human Resource decisions
• Performing P&L analysis
• Controlling inventory

Pay Rates starting between: $43,888.00 - $59,050.00 / year

Qualifications

Successful candidates must demonstrate excellent team leadership and customer service skills, along with integrity and accountability. Additional requirements include:

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or other service industries with responsibility for financial results
• Proficiency in managing high-volume retail with P&L accountability
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
