Gecko Hospitality is now searching for an experienced and motivated Restaurant General Manager in the Conway area. The ideal restaurant general manager should have exceptional leadership, operational, and financial skills to drive sales growth, employee engagement, and hospitality excellence, while fostering a culture of innovation and teamwork.

Compensation and Benefits:

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 2 years current experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a Full Service concept
2. High volume background - must have Restaurant General Manager experience in establishments doing over $2 million in sales per year
3. Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
4. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
5. Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
6. Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
7. Restaurant General Manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
