Join Our Team as a Restaurant General Manager for Charter House

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead at Charter House in a dynamic airport restaurant environment. This role offers a base pay of $60,000 per year, with opportunities for quarterly bonuses and a year-end super bonus, along with career growth prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all Front of House and Kitchen activities, supervise team performance, ensure food safety and quality standards, and maintain recipe adherence.
• Control costs by optimizing food and labor expenses to maximize profitability.
• Lead, develop, and train the team, fostering a collaborative work environment and implementing guest service standards.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, food safety standards, and maintain merchandising and display standards.
• Manage office tasks such as inventory, purchasing, scheduling, and payroll.
• Assist in sales forecasting and budgeting by analyzing sales reports.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum three years of restaurant management experience in a full-service setting; culinary background is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and POS systems, with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with diverse groups and resolving conflicts.
