Job summary

PDQ Restaurants is seeking an Operating Director / General Manager in the Concord, NC area. The role requires 2+ years in a restaurant setting with strong coaching, training, customer service, planning and financial analysis skills.

• Operating Director / General Manager

Successful Operating Directors will have 2+ years' experience in a restaurant setting, plus strong skills in the areas of coaching and training, customer service, organization and planning, financial analysis and the ability to accomplish the sales and profit goals.

A PDQ Operating Director:

• Has excellent people and Guest service skills


• Is a proven Leader


• Is fully proficient in all aspects of the kitchen.


• Manages both Front and Heart of the House operations.


• Relentlessly focuses on quality and making sure we meet or exceed our standards.


• Is responsible for all product ordering and receiving.


• Is responsible for scheduling and running efficient shifts of Team Members


• Is able to read, interpret and positively impact P&L statements.


• Operates the business in accordance with strict PDQ standards.
