Job summary

PDQ Restaurants is hiring Hourly Restaurant Managers to support the front and heart of the house teams in a fast casual setting. The manager will assist the Operating Director in directing shifts, training staff, and ensuring guest satisfaction, while upholding PDQ standards and quality.

This role requires overseeing scheduling and day-to-day operations with a focus on performance and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisor experience.
• A flexible schedule.
• Experience running shifts as a manager, shift leader or key team member.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Operating Director with direction, training and the skill to ensure guests’ expectations are exceeded.
• Team Members are treated fairly and with respect and that each shift reaches its business goals.
• Manages both Front and Heart of the House operations and ensures quality standards are met.
• Reads, interprets and positively impacts P&L statements and operates the business per PDQ standards.
• Coaches and develops Team Members while recognizing performance and effort.

Requirements

• 2+ years of supervisor experience

• Experience running shifts as a manager, shift leader or key team member
  

A PDQ Manager:

• Has excellent people and Guest service skills
• Is fully proficient in all aspects of the kitchen.
• Manages both Front and Heart of the House operations.
• Relentlessly focuses on quality and making sure we meet or exceed our standards.
• Is responsible for all product ordering and receiving.
• Is responsible for scheduling and running efficient shifts of Team Members.
• Is able to read, interpret and positively impact P&L statements.
• Operates the business in accordance with strict PDQ standards.
• Cultivates a diverse culture for our Team Members where they are safe, secure and free from harassment.
• Coaches and teaches our Team Members while recognizing and rewarding performance as well as effort
