Job summary

PDQ Restaurants in Lakeland, FL is hiring an Entry Level Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations and support the AM team.

You will train staff, ensure guests' expectations are exceeded, and help drive daily business goals while upholding PDQ's quality, guest service, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience running shifts as a manager or similar leadership role.
• Salaried manager experience preferred but not required.
• Desire to grow with an established brand.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operating Director with direction, training and shift goals to meet business targets.

The manager assists the Operating Director in providing direction, training and the skill to ensure that the Guests’ expectations are exceeded, Team Members are treated fair and with respect and that each shift reaches its business goals.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience running shifts as a manager, shift leader or key team member.
• Previous salaried manager experience is preferred but not required.
• The desire to grow with an established brand.

• Has excellent people and Guest service skills
• Is fully proficient in all aspects of the kitchen.
• Manages both Front and Heart of the House operations.
• Relentlessly focuses on quality and making sure we meet or exceed our standards.
• Cultivates a diverse culture for our Team Members where they are safe, secure and free from harassment.
• Coaches and teaches our Team Members while recognizing and rewarding performance as well as effort.
