Job summary

PDQ Restaurants is hiring an Entry Level Restaurant Manager in Miami to lead front-of-house and service teams while upholding PDQ's quality standards. The role focuses on guest satisfaction, team development, and operational excellence in a fast-casual setting.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of supervisory experience, a desire to grow with an established brand, and a passion for delivering great guest experiences. Competitive pay and comprehensive training are provided.

Qualifications

The manager assists the Operating Director in providing direction, training and the skill to ensure that the Guests’ expectations are exceeded, Team Members are treated fairly and with respect and that each shift reaches its business goals.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience running shifts as a manager, shift leader or key team member.
• Previous salaried manager experience is preferred but not required.

• Is fully proficient in all aspects of the kitchen.
• Manages both Front and Heart of the House operations.
