Job summary

QDOBA Mexican Eats, part of Thrive Restaurant Group, is seeking a General Manager in Charlotte, NC. You’ll lead by example, energize your team, and deliver unforgettable guest experiences while managing budgets, scheduling, and daily operations.

As the GM, you’ll hire and train a high-performing team, nurture future leaders, and foster a culture of growth and accountability. Nights and weekends are expected, with opportunities for career progression and benefits.
