Job summary

You will report to the owner and be responsible for overall success, including sales, guest service, staff management, P&L, and upkeep. Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• 5 years of experience managing restaurant operations, financials, and control systems.
• 5 years management or leadership experience coaching and mentoring team members.
• 5 years experience as a restaurant/retail manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall success of the property and supervise sales, guest service, staff management, and P&L results.
• Maintain brand standards and deliver superior guest service.
• Develop and lead a high-performing team and ensure maintenance/grounds upkeep.
• Drive growth, ensure financial controls, and manage daily operations with flexibility for scheduling.

We are currently seeking a General Manager ready to take the next step in their career. You will report directly to the owner of the business.

This company has been in business for nearly 100 years and is very stable and is looking to expand. You will be part of a family environment where everyone helps each other out, it will not be just a job.

The GM is responsible for the overall success of the property and oversees sales and growth, guest service, staff management, P&L results, maintenance & grounds. Ensures that brand standards are met or exceeded. Must be committed to providing superior guest service. Must have a proven record of developing and leading a successful team.
