Job summary

Dunkin' | High Performance Hospitality in Camp Pendleton, CA is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead day-to-day restaurant operations, uphold quality standards, and drive guest satisfaction.

You will train and supervise crew, manage P&L and inventory, schedule 45+ hours weekly, and network with the local community to promote the brand. This role requires flexibility with weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have strong financial skills with experience working with P&L reports, bank deposits and other financial documents.
• As the GM, you are the company's spokesperson in the local trading area and must have an interest in networking and being active outside of the restaurant.
• Minimum of 45 hours per week with a variable schedule based on store demands.
• Weekend, holiday and occasional night work are required.
