Premium Loaves in Alsip, IL is hiring a General Manager. You will lead a team of up to 50, manage P&L, hiring, training, scheduling, and performance reviews, while ensuring quality, safety, and customer experience.

Salary is $21-$24 per hour with bonuses, comprehensive benefits, PTO, and a clear path to growth within a 100+ store group. This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older and able to work 40+ hours weekly, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong problem-solving and people-management skills.
• Comfortable with standard office software and store systems.

Responsibilities
