Job summary

Pack's Tavern in Asheville, NC seeks a strong Restaurant Floor Manager to lead daily floor operations and uphold our culture of guest-focused service.

You will drive smooth service, coach FOH staff, coordinate with the kitchen, and monitor guest satisfaction. The role requires on-your-feet leadership, comfort with POS systems, and availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

About The Role

As a Restaurant Floor Manager, you will play an active, hands‑on role in daily operations, including:

• Leading the floor and ensuring smooth, efficient service
• Supporting guests and team members with a positive, solutions‑focused approach
• Expediting food and maintaining strong communication with the kitchen
• Monitoring service flow and overall guest satisfaction
• Training, coaching, and developing FOH staff
• Managing inventory and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
• Representing Pack's Tavern with professionalism and pride

What We're Looking For

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary: $60,000+ (DOE)
• Paid vacation:
  • 2 weeks after 1 year
  • 3 weeks after 3 years
  • 4 weeks after 5 years
