Qualifications

• 1–3 years of accounting experience (restaurant or multi-unit preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong Excel skills and accounting software proficiency.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts.
• Review daily sales and POS reports; investigate variances.
• Support inventory, food, and labor cost analysis.
• Process vendor invoices and maintain accurate AP records.
• Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and audits.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
