Job summary

Mad Mobile, an AI‑driven software company headquartered in Tampa, FL, seeks an in‑the‑field Restaurant Consultant (Account Executive – Field Sales) to build relationships and close deals with channel partners and restaurant operators nationwide.

You will own your territory, conduct demos and training sessions, and drive adoption of our POS and AI‑driven solutions, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure ongoing customer success and growth.

Qualifications

• Proven success in SaaS or technology sales, especially restaurants/ hospitality is a plus.
• Ability to build trust quickly and adapt to diverse audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication with demos and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with channel partners and restaurant operators to generate revenue.
• Drive partner engagement to create inbound leads and referrals and advocate for Mad Mobile.
• Conduct field visits with partners and onsite with customers to strengthen influence.
• Lead product demos, training sessions, and education to drive adoption of Mad Mobile solutions.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM pipeline (Salesforce) and collaborate with internal teams for customer satisfaction.
• Achieve defined KPIs and exceed performance goals.
