Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior areas of the restaurant, including dining room, restrooms, kitchen, storage, parking lot, sidewalks, and landscaping.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on kitchen equipment and ensure proper cleaning and operation.
• Follow safety guidelines for chemicals, ladder use, and PPE; maintain compliance with health regulations and company policies.
• Maintain grounds and exterior upkeep, including lighting, signage, and snow/ice removal when required.
• Assist operations with projects, deliveries, and other needs; ensure equipment is clean and ready for peak times.
