Qualifications

• Basic mechanical and maintenance skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior areas of the restaurant, including dining room, restrooms, kitchen, storage, parking lot, sidewalks and landscaping.
• Perform routine cleaning and ensure restrooms are stocked, cleaned, and in working order.
• Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance on kitchen equipment and report issues for repairs.
• Follow safety guidelines for chemicals, ladder use, and PPE; maintain compliance with health regulations.
• Support operations with projects, deliveries, and equipment readiness for peak times.
