Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior of the restaurant, including dining room, restrooms, kitchen, storage, parking lot, sidewalks and landscaping.
• Perform routine cleaning: floors, walls, windows, light fixtures, ceiling tiles, and restrooms.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on kitchen equipment (grills, fryers, HVAC, refrigeration, beverage machines).
• Identify and report equipment issues and coordinate repairs.
• Follow safety guidelines, use of chemicals, ladder safety, PPE, and ensure hazards are minimized.
• Support operations with special projects and ensuring equipment is clean and ready for peak periods.
