Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• General maintenance experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on kitchen and facility equipment.
• Inspect and service HVAC, refrigeration, and beverage systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment with minimal service disruption.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in food-service areas.
• Keep detailed service logs and inventories for high-wear components.
• Coordinate with restaurant and hospitality teams for off-peak maintenance.
