Job summary

Colen Built Development’s Nest Housekeeper/Environmental Services role maintains a safe, clean, and hygienic environment for guests across indoor dining, outdoor arenas, and back-of-house areas at The Nest.

You will perform high-touch disinfection, floor care, waste management, restroom upkeep, and equipment safety while coordinating with hospitality teams during peak events and daily service.

Responsibilities

• Dining & Food Service Sanitation: high-touch disinfection of surfaces.
• Floor care: sweep, mop, and clean indoor/outdoor dining areas.
• Waste & recycling management: empty and sanitize bins.
• Restroom maintenance and restocking.
• Window & surface care; upholstery cleanliness.
• Arena & event operations: pre-, mid-, post-event cleanup.
• Grounds oversight and exterior maintenance cleaning.
• Supply & inventory management for cleaning products.
• Safety, hazard reporting, PPE usage; assist maintenance team.
