• Perform routine and minor repairs across all locations.

• Coordinate and direct licensed tradesmen for major repairs.
• Document completed repairs and report issues to leadership.
• Respond to urgent maintenance needs outside standard hours as needed.
• Drive company vehicle to transport supplies between the warehouse and restaurant locations.
