Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor for Panzano at the Kimpton Hotel Monaco Denver. The role focuses on coordinating and supervising all F&B outlet operations to ensure profitability, quality and guest satisfaction.

The position requires leadership experience in restaurant management, strong communication skills, and the ability to supervise staff, handle guest concerns, and maintain SOPs across shifts. Competitive hourly pay and full-time scheduling are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all level of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
• Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the daily operation of the outlet.
• Supervise outlet personnel.
• Respond to guest complaints in a timely manner.
• Work with other F&B managers and keep them informed of issues as they arise.
• Be visible on the floor and assist staff as needed during each meal period.
• Interview candidates for front-of-house F&B positions and follow standards for hiring approvals.
