Job summary

Inspire is seeking a Restaurant Experience Manager in Atlanta to strengthen operational processes, equipment choices, and restaurant design to speed service and reduce friction for guests and team members.

You will partner with Operations, Culinary, Design, Training, and field teams to translate pain points into actionable improvements, test prototypes, and drive scalable procedures across locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in restaurant operations, equipment, design, field support, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of restaurant workflows, kitchen layouts, procedures, and execution standards.
• Experience evaluating equipment, layouts, or process improvements in restaurant settings.

Responsibilities

• Identify friction points that affect guest experience and throughput.
• Develop and improve processes, standards, and checklists for consistency.
• Lead testing and evaluation of equipment and smallwares.
• Collaborate with Operations, Training, Design to translate insights into rollout plans.
• Track and communicate impact of changes on guest experience.
