Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in restaurant operations, equipment, design, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent field experience.
• Strong understanding of restaurant workflows and execution standards.

Responsibilities

• Identify operational friction points that affect guest experience and throughput.
• Develop and improve processes, checklists, and field-ready procedures.
• Lead equipment and layout testing to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate pain points into scalable solutions.
• Support rollout planning and field adoption with training materials.
