Job summary

Carrols Corporation is seeking an Equipment Service Technician to maintain the electrical, plumbing, and mechanical aspects of our Burger King locations. The role focuses on preventive maintenance and timely repairs to keep operations running smoothly.

Reporting to the District Manager, you will coordinate with management, perform repairs, and manage schedules to minimize restaurant downtime. A HS diploma, valid license, and reliable transportation are required, with HVAC or food service repair

Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently.
• Strong communication with management and coworkers.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks and adapt to changing assignments.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Basic computer skills.
• Food Service Equipment Repair experience is a plus.
• HVAC repair certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete needed repairs as they occur in a timely fashion.
• Work with the R&M Budget to implement preventive maintenance procedures as defined by company representatives.
• Develop a work schedule to minimize the impact on customer service and restaurant operations.
