Job summary

Carrols Corporation is seeking an Equipment Service Technician to maintain the safety and functionality of equipment across Burger King restaurants. You will perform repairs, conduct preventive maintenance, and coordinate with the District Manager to ensure minimal disruption to service.

The role requires knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general mechanical systems. High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license are required; HVAC certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently and communicate effectively with management and coworkers.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks, adjust to changing assignments, and stay productive under pressure.
• Experience in food service equipment repair is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete repairs as they occur in a timely fashion.
• Support preventive maintenance as defined by R&M budget and company guidelines.
• Develop a work schedule to minimize impact on customer service and restaurant operations.
