Job summary

Carrols Corporation, the largest Burger King franchise, is seeking an Equipment Service Technician to uphold the physical integrity of our restaurants through preventative maintenance and prompt repairs. Reporting to the District Manager, you will prioritize work, coordinate with maintenance teams, and ensure minimal impact on service while sustaining electrical, plumbing, and general mechanical systems.

A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and basic computer skills are required;

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with management and coworkers.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks, adjust to changing assignments, and maintain productivity and composure under pressure.
• General electrical, plumbing, carpentry and mechanical knowledge are necessary.
• HVAC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete needed repairs as they occur in a timely fashion.
• Work with the R&M Budget to implement preventive maintenance procedures as defined by company representatives.
• Develop a work schedule to minimize the impact on customer service and restaurant operations.
