Job summary

Carrols Corporation, the largest Burger King franchise, seeks an Equipment Service Technician to maintain the equipment across our restaurants. Reporting to the District Manager, you will perform repairs and preventive maintenance to preserve facility integrity.

Responsibilities include prioritizing repairs, coordinating with R&M budgets, and scheduling work to minimize restaurant disruption, while ensuring safety and compliance across sites.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently and communicate effectively with management.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks and adapting to changing assignments.
• Must have basic computer skills and a valid driver's license.
• HVAC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete needed repairs as they occur in a timely fashion.
• Work with the R&M Budget to implement preventive maintenance procedures as defined by company representatives.
• Develop a work schedule to minimize the impact on customer service and restaurant operations.
