Job summary

Carrols Corporation, the largest Burger King franchisee, seeks an Equipment Service Technician to maintain the physical integrity of our Burger King restaurants by implementing preventive maintenance and addressing maintenance needs across a group of locations.

Reporting to the District Manager, you will prioritize repairs, work within the R&M budget, and develop efficient schedules to minimize disruption of guest service and operations.

Qualifications

• General electrical, plumbing, and carpentry knowledge is necessary.
• General mechanical knowledge required.
• Food service equipment repair experience is a plus.
• Certification in HVAC repair is a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Independent reliable transportation and ability to communicate with management.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete needed repairs as they occur in a timely fashion.
• Work with the R&M Budget to implement preventive maintenance procedures as defined by company representatives.
• Develop a work schedule to minimize the impact on customer service and restaurant operations.
