Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• CFESA, EPA, or equivalent industry certifications.
• Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and water treatment.
• Effective communication skills.
• Teamwork aptitude.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Self-motivated with a drive for continuous improvement.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand equipment service manuals, schematics, and specs.
• Communicate with restaurant Operators, internal departments, and vendors.
• Provide technical leadership and training when necessary.
• Coach restaurant support teams on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Work with manufacturers to define root causes with trending issues.
• Translate technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Develop knowledge of restaurant equipment and building systems.
• Understand equipment and building as a system and think multi-dimensionally.
• Other duties as assigned.
