Job summary

Carrols Corporation is the largest Burger King franchise and is seeking an experienced Equipment Service Technician for a group of Burger King restaurants. The technician will maintain the physical integrity of each location through preventive maintenance and responsive repairs.

Reporting to the District Manager, the qualified candidate will repair and service kitchen equipment, communicate with management, and schedule work to minimize restaurant disruption.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently and communicate with management and coworkers.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks and adapt to changing assignments.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
• Food service equipment repair experience is a plus.
• HVAC repair certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete needed repairs in a timely fashion.
• Work with the R&M Budget to implement preventive maintenance procedures as defined by company representatives.
• Develop a work schedule to minimize impact on customer service and restaurant operations.
