Job summary

Carrols Corporation is the largest Burger King franchise and is seeking an Equipment Service Technician for our Burger King restaurant group. The role reports to the District Manager and focuses on maintaining restaurant equipment and implementing preventive maintenance across the sites.

The ideal candidate will perform repairs, coordinate with maintenance budgets, and build a schedule that minimizes disruption to restaurant operations while ensuring equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently and communicate effectively with management and coworkers.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks, adjust to changing assignments, and stay productive under pressure.
• Experience with preventative maintenance and repairing food service equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete repairs in a timely fashion.
• Work with the R&M Budget to implement preventive maintenance procedures.
• Develop a work schedule to minimize impact on customer service and restaurant operations.
